Our Facilities

PFlow Industries is located on the northeast side of Milwaukee on Teutonia Avenue, just south of Good Hope Road. Our campus includes three facilities with more than 125,000 sq ft of manufacturing space and a complete research and development center.

In 1998 PFlow founder Bob Pfleger created the PFlow employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) to promote pride in ownership and to ensure the PFlow family would share in the successes of the business. In 2021, PFlow achieved a significant milestone by completing a stock transaction to become 100% employee-owned. 

What is an ESOP?

An employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) is a qualified retirement benefit plan that gives employees a stake in the company through stock allocation. It provides a method for the company workforce to accumulate capital for retirement at no cost to the employee. 

When you’re an owner, you have a voice and you have responsibility for the outcomes of your actions (or in-actions). Being an employee-owner is a source of tremendous satisfaction where each employee-owner has an opportunity to affect and share in the successes they help create.
